Shipping
Currently, we are only shipping via USPS Flat Rate boxes and Regional Rate boxes.
We apologize that we are only able to ship within the United States right now when you purchase the game on our website. If you live outside of the US and are interested in our game, please send us an email! We will be able to calculate a shipping cost based on your exact location and then you can decided if you want to buy the game (it will probably be pricey!). You won't be able to purchase it on our website, but we will send an invoice to your email. You can then buy it directly from us via Shopify (the same tool that processes transactions on this website).
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately at HeilcairnCreations@gmail.com. If you wish to return an undamaged, unopened game, we will accept a return. Once we receive the game back, we will refund you the cost of the game, but not the cost of shipping either direction. If the package arrives damaged or if the contents inside the game box are damaged, please send up photos and we will see if we can issue a refund or not based on the situation.
